Ammy Virk (Channan Singh) plays a middle-class husband; he was so upset about the allegation that he faces for ‘Bambukat’ stolen on him. He makes a new ‘Bambukat’ in prison and gets his lost respect back.
The movie directed by Pankaj Batra, done a great job in direction, but he gets benefits from a heart-touching performance by Ammy Virk who’s acting is brilliant even the film has no big faces.
Ammy Virk aka Channa Singh is a middle-class man married with ‘paako’ who is a sister of ‘saami’, Saami married with Binnu Dhillon, one day they both Ammy Virk and Binnu Dhillon comes to in their In-laws home. Binnu Dhillon has Bambukat and Ammy Virk has Cycle, because of motorbike his In-laws gave him special treatment, Channan and his wife Paako is so upset about this and they both decided to buy a Bambukat.
They bought it from a guy who stolen a motor-bike from someone, Channa is innocent, but people think he took a Bike, so he got arrested by a police and they sent him to a jail.
Channa Singh makes a new handmade motorbike in prison and removes all the allegation that people made on him.
One day a King of his town show his Bambukat, he likes Channan Singh work and gave him a job offer that Channan accepted immediately.
Binnu Dhillon doing a negative role, his role is quite funny and interesting, however, his comedy and dialogues are most loved by the audience.
Ammy Virk does the best he can, his breakdown scene in the prison and when he comes to In-laws is really heart-touching.
The cast includes Ammy Virk, Binnu Dhillon, Simi Chahal, Sheetal Thakur, Karamjit Anmol, Sardar Sohi, & Nirmal Rishi.
I’m going with three and a half out of five star for Bambukat review.
